Xbox one will not let me download anymore mods

I've loaded up my minecraft to before I installed the mods and it works perfectly fine, it loads up and I can play, but whenever I try to install and play with the mods it doesn't load. The RAR file zips are diffrent I forgot how to do those. It should say (WINRAR ZIP archive) if it is to be a file that goes directly into the mod folder If it is a file with more than 1 item in the mod the you will have to unzip it and then put each file into the mods folder.
